I was saddened to hear that Betty Wilson had passed away.  I always enjoyed singing Louvin Brothers songs with her at our music jams in Gardner. Thoughts and prayers to Lew, friends and relatives. I will miss hearing her sing. Betty (center) was one of the Bluegrass Police Lew and Betty were married for 61 years. I loved their harmonies.

There is no better way to chase away the winter blues than gathering together to pick and sing some tunes. I took some photos and a few videos of the first music jam of 2018 held at the Temple Town Hall in New Hampshire. We had a nice music jam at the Temple Town Hall with most of the regular crowd. We sang several Christmas songs and had Christmas cookies and apple cider. It was nice to see Annette with a viola Lois was festive in a Christmas sweater Jean plays fiddle in front of a Christmas Tree Dick and Cathy Peg, Temple's local photographer The Williams Ignore the scowl, he is a really pleasant guy Bill May picks his dobro.
